Room was very nice and nice to have restaurant and parking on site. We stayed here on our last night after we returned rental car and needed free shuttle to airport. Restaurant food was very good and restaurant staff very attentive!
The room temp was way too warm. Despite adjusting thermostat it was still very hot at times. We should have called desk but we were very tired and kept thinking it would get better.

Staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
The hotel is a scenic bus ride from Dublin city and a short ride by their courtesy bus to Dublin Airport. It is situated opposite a large shopping centre if you don't want to dine in the hotel.
It's also close to Malahide Castle which is worth a look.

The hotel was as expected: good for one overnight stay before we had to catch a plain the next day. Evening dinner was fine. Checkin was easy.
The aiport shuttle only runs every half hour and at the airport it was not clear were the shuttle would arrive to take us to the hotel. Signs in an information display box got loose and were not readably.

Beds were comfortable
The directions to meet the airport shuttle were confusing. We were directed to zone 16, and said the shuttle would meet by the entrance, It was in fact across the street from the entrance and was not well marked. A plain silver van with a small placard in the front window. No Hilton name or logo on it
Directions to get on the WiFi were also almost non-existent. All there was was a code printed around a QR Code.It wasn't clear that the code they supplied was a promo code, not a password, so we had to go th o the front desk to get help.
Overall, the hotel was cold.
