It was modern and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were warm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bottled way provided in the rooms.
The bar was shut when We arrived after 11pm, told We could order by ringing room service if We wanted anything.

Location was good.
From the moment we arrived we were off to a bad start. The girl who checked us in seemed to hate her job, and us. Myself and two colleagues were charged 50 euro on the room extra, where my other two colleagues, going to the same event were not. Yes this was refundable but why charge us and not them? She also charged my card without saying she was doing so, and said very loudly that it declined. I said apologies I wasn’t ready I need to transfer funds. It was after that, that she told me about the €50 charge.
The rooms were basic but comfortable, had everything we needed.
Myself and my friend went down to the bar and decided to get a glass of wine. The waitress in the bar poured two glasses from an already open bottle. We paid and went to take a drink and they tasted like vinegar. I went back up to the waitress and apologised but they were undrinkable, well her face said it all. Thankfully she replaced the two glasses which were much nicer.
Then the bingo loco event went ahead. It was very disappointing to see the lack of preparation for the event, the bar was understaffed. There were 20 min lines for the bar and we missed a lot of the event due to waiting. The bar staff were overworked and understaffed and it put a dampener on the whole thing. The other thing that let the event down was the lack of air con, multiple people had requested that it was turned on and we were told no, in a matter of different excuses. The amount of people in the one room made it extremely hot.
The only positive encounter I had was with a waitress at breakfast, she said thank you and have a lovely day.

Everything took a long time coming to the room, the lady was very apologetic when the cot and baby things arrived but I was waiting to put her to sleep. There was also no ammenities in the bathroom apart from a shower cap and shower gel on the wall. No wash clothes also. I was travelling along with my 11month old, the shuttle service dropped me far from terminal 1 so I had to walk quite far with all my luggage to get to the building.

Hotel was very clean. Room was good apart from too hot and no option to turn down or off heating
When i checked in i was told id have to pay a €50 Deposit that i would get back. I had no issue at the time however some of my colleagues were not asked to pay it. Wonder why ? I had emailed re my gluten intolerance. The only things not potentially contaminated were the packages of bread and sealed yoghurt pot and pieces of fruit
so disappointing. As it was self service no one to ask re other options.

I stayed at the Hilton Airport with friends for a work night out. To say we were disappointed is an understatement! We attended the bingo loco event and while we did enjoy the event, the majority of the hotel staff were under pressure, unable to cater for the crowd attending the event, staff were rude and totally looked like they would rather be anywhere else but there. We missed loads of the event because we were queuing at the bar for 20-30 minutes. The whole experience felt like the hotel was going through the motions and not in any way focused on customer satisfaction. Aircon not working, bed sheets and duvet covers dull and shower weak. It’s such a shame to see that the hospitality is gone from such a prominent Dublin hotel.
