Loved the location and comfortable room.
The shuttle bus to the airport when we left the hotel at 5am was packed. It was difficult to out the luggage at the back of the shuttle.

Disappointing
The room is a nice size and the bed/pillows are quite comfortable. The shuttle to the airport is quite convenient and they provide a schedule that can be utilised.
The service was terrible and the price/quality was awful. Upon arrival, we had a very nice and friendly service agent helping us to check in. We discussed with her that we would need to reserve the shuttle in the morning and get an additional taxi because one member of our party was leaving before the shuttle schedule. She confirmed this with us. We called down from the room again later in the evening to be sure that the taxi would arrive on time at 4AM. Unfortunately, when we went down in the morning, our taxi was not there. It was given to someone else and they had to call a new one that arrived 15 minutes later. Also, while waiting for that taxi, I tried to reconfirm the shuttle for the rest of the party - no reservation. She hadn't actually done what she said that she did.
In the evening that we stayed, we tried to order some pizzas and were rudely told that we could not eat them downstairs that this would have to be eaten in the room. We had already paid a corkage fee at the bar to be able to drink the wine that we bought. Of course, we were NOT sitting in the restaurant area, that is clearly for eating hotel restaurant food, but we were sitting close by and apparently this is not allowed. I found the whole interaction rude, but also it's not like hotel food is that good - of course we ordered out! There is no common space in the entire hotel apparently, except for 2 chairs at the reception in which you can commune with a group. This makes it impossible for families or larger groups staying at the hotel.
On the price/quality, apparently I booked a very popular time at the hotel. In fact, the service agent at reception confirmed for me that the price was extremely high due to Trump's arrival in Ireland. She said it should never be this high and that we were really unlucky. She basically confirmed that these hotels are price gauging people at 400 EUR a night for a poor experience at an airport hotel.

Shuttle bus pick up and drop off to the airport was a great added bonus. Staff were super helpful at every interaction, and even gave me and my husband complimentary breakfast which was lovely and unexpected.
