Good location for concerts @ St Ann’s park
Bed linen was dirty on arrival - highlighted it to staff and they were very helpful and apologetic, weren’t able to offer a new room but housekeeping cleaned our room very quickly after highlighting the issue

The location is convenient for the airport and for the purpose of my stay. There was adequate parking. The staff were friendly.

As a Hilton honors member. The staff was extremely rude. I had come into Dublin from Florida on a Red Eye and had 2 hours of sleep. I notified the hotel days before travel that I would be checking in at 10am and they said they could accommodate. I got there and they stated they had no rooms. Being that I was jet lagged and had no where to go I asked them to hold my luggage and found a comfy spot In the lobby as I was told I couldn’t check in until 3pm. The lobby was essentially empty, I would like to note… I accidentally fell asleep and was awoken by a manager saying I couldn’t do that here, and implying that I wasn’t booked in with the hotel based off of her questions. Naturally, I was very unhappy about this and can only assume the treatment as well as her attitude was due to the fact that I am an artist, covered in tattoos with colored hair. It was only once I made a fuss that all of a sudden my room was available. I’m 33 and have been utilizing hiltons all over the world since 24 - I have never been treated this way by staff who weren’t sympathetic to my situation, in which shouldn’t have been a situation to begin with. The hotel rooms themselves are also extremely out dated and not worth what is charged nightly in comparison to other Hilton’s.

From our arrival and meeting Uliana, our every needs were met. In addition, she helped me through a “teck” hiccup with my cell phone. Room viewing courtyard was very quiet even though the airport was so close. Excellent bedding.
