Location and the room was spacious
Doors onto the balcony were not locked and had no keys so I had to ask for them to be locked on day 2. They were but with no keys it left no ability to go onto the balcony.

This is a fabulous hotel in a lovely setting in Herbert Park. Staff offer excellent customer service and the breakfast was delicious. We used a bus stop just along the main road to get into the city centre and the Aircoach bus to the airport.
