Great location. Walking distance of city centre. (20-30 mins). Lovely area. Nice pubs and coffee shops nearby. Classy hotel. Got parked outside hotel.
Breakfast not included in price. 170. Also paid 15 euro online extra for parking which i dont think was necessary.

Breakfast was good .Room was clean and spacious
Breakfast room was very crowded , though there were lager tables free we were seated at the end in cramped enough area . The gluten free bread offering was poor and I had to ask for it Our room was quiet dark Seats in the lobby are quite uncomfortable .

Spacious lobby, location near Herbert Park and close to bus routes. Bright rooms. I especially enjoyed walking in the park - lots of activities there - people playing tennis and croquet, walking dogs. Pleasant cafe.
