Great location. The hotel was pleasant and room size good.
For an Executive Suite, there were so many issues. There were no electrical connection points or USB's at the bedside, which posed a problem. The hotel staff were more than helpful in providing an extension lead across the room and taping it to the floor. The fridge was not working either.
The rooms need to be updated and power points checked as some weren't working
The entry is also awkward when carrying large suitcases

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Special thanks to Paolo, who was so lovely and friendly. He really made us feel welcome. We will definitely stay again!

Can’t complain with the hotel as a whole. Reception staff were very friendly and it’s very modern but cosy
The bar was a little understaffed when we were there and struggled to get drinks or pay for them, but it was busy

Clean, comfortable, chilled out and we got a free upgrade to a studio room so was a bit more luxurious, secure parking on site. Staff very friendly and helpful
Not the hotels fault at all but we were further out from the city centre than we would have liked but easy to hop onto a bus (only €2)

I have stayed at the Herbert Park Hotel on numerous occasions over the last 20 years. It is one of the best hotels I stay at when travelling all over Ireland and in Europe & the USA. I’m always impressed by the great breakfast which offers a wide choice. The staff are among the friendliest I meet in my travels. Car parking facilities and the Herbert Park Hotel location are huge additional bonuses!
