The staff were great. The food in the bar and restaurant was good. The studio room is very spacious and the kitchenette etc was very handy.
There is building work next door and the noise in the room from 8 am was bad. A sleep in was not possible.

Location to the RDS was crucial for us so this ticked ALL the boxes! The apt rooms are gorgeous and worth it to book! Lots of lil extra touches.
We had an apt room and unfortunately our aircon was broken it was late when we discovered it so staff offered to move us but we didn’t wanna pack up so they dropped up fans and gave us a complimentary breakfast which was a lovely gesture BUT as a result of the aircon being broken we had to leave the door open as the fan really didn’t cut it and the beautiful Irish weather meant it was a hotbox and at 6:45am we were woken up by bulldozers behind the hotel working and it was unbearably loud! It was such a shame as it’s not the hotels fault but drastically affected our stay! I mentioned it that morning at the desk but nothing really came of it which is a shame as the hotel and stay up to this point had been perfect!

The location was ideal for us.
The noise from the construction work which was right near to where we were. The apartment we were in had great big doors which could be opened but unfortunately were unable to during the day due to the noise. I did request an apartment which would be quiet. Also when we did open it we got a smell of drains and then things being cooked! This part of the stay made it disappointing. Also the room service menu needs more snack type foods, like salad bowls and healthier choices…..fruit etc.

This place was great. It's in a really nice location, very leafy (a park) with restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable, the staff was nice, the food downstairs was very good.

For €250 for one night no breakfast
I go there all the time and was disappointed about breakfast as I have always had it before,,,can never understand that coffee machine all I wanted was a cup of tea , wanted to have dinner in the bar area omg the fish smell from the fish & chips being served other customers very very strong. I’m chef myself and they should never smell the last time I stayed there. There was no smell like that. Sorry if I’m being picky but I love the food there but I just couldn’t sit there with that overwhelming smell thanks

Central location, beautifully appointed room. Bed and bedding was of superior quality resulting in a fantastic sleep. The breakfast was comprehensive with options for gluten and lactose free people. Off street parking, pubs and shops on the doorstep, reasonable room service charges. Lovely hotel!
Exchange rate for Aussie travellers was a bit high, but the hotel lived up to its expensive tariff.
