Everything was great. Staff especially charming and friendly. Breakfast was wonderful!
Hearing everything from the next room, seemingly through the connecting door. Our neighbours were not being loud and yet we could hear them talking, TV, hairdryer etc very clearly. I've never experienced that before it was as if they were in the room with us, very disconcerting

Big room and great breakfast. The location is not great for the center (min 30 min walking) but if you need to be in the area, it is good, next to a park.
Only huge pillows available. Bathroom was not super clean.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay at Herbert Park Hotel! The staff were all so friendly, personable, and helpful with directions and things. As soon as we arrived, we were told our room had been upgraded to an apartment and wow! It was like a dream; the room was so nice and large, and it had a wonderful view of the park outside. The hotel is convenient location wise, as it is right across the street from a Spar convenience store and several lovely cafes and bars. It’s also about 20 minutes from the city center by just one bus! We also liked the location as it felt more local and less touristy/busy. Next time we’re in Dublin, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you, Herbert Park Hotel!!

I loved the complimentary glass of champagne that was a sweet little touch that showed the hotel's appreciation for us choosing to stay with them! Also, the robes nad slippers provided were amazing, as well! Room was very clean and easy to navigate!
We were not told by the staff upon arrival that to turn on the electricity in the room you have to put your room key into a slot near the door. As abroad students, we went down to the service desk twice and it was not until the third attempt that we were told how to get our room to work.
