Its location and that was it.
The price I payed €259 for one night, breakfast not included. Upon arrival the receptionist was eating McDonald’s at the reception desk, while attending to me, which I found highly disrespectful and totally unprofessional. I found the room exceptionally basic and old fashioned. The bed was so uncomfortable I was awake all night with back pain. I wouldn’t pay €40 a night for this hotel.

The room and facilities could do with upgrading. A pane of glass was smashed in the window. The room generally was tired and need of updating. But clean.

staff were very nice . i booked a single room it was adequate for one nights stay, however the bathroom was WAY TOO SMALL. i am small and it was a struggle for me to get into the bathroom the toilet was behind the door i had to step into the bathroom and close the door so i could step past the door so i could use the toile .there wasn't enough room to dry yourself after having a shower..

Perfectly located and within walking distance to Temple Bar and nearby shops, Grafton St, Dublin Castle, all of the usual attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. The top floor was quiet. Would stay here again!

Location and breakfast facilities.
Room 7 a little cramped for two people with luggage. Also shower water controls were a little finicky.
