Lovely room in a great location. Staff very friendly. Brilliant value too. Great food, and service and entertainment in Darkey Kelly's pub downstairs.

Reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
The location was excellent.
Breakfast was beautiful.
The rooms are very dated and the bed wasn't the best. But overall, it was reasonably priced to reflect this I think.

Stayed with two teenagers in a 3 bed room and we loved it! Great location for us as people covering the city on foot and using the city bus system. Affordable, comfortable, and the staff was so lovely. Secure luggage storage helped us on each end of our stay, and we were lucky to check in early on our arrival day.

The staff were all wonderful. The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean.
The music from the pub was loud, but it stopped promptly at 11 on the Thursday we were there.
