This hotel is so conveniently located. We walked to St Patrick's, Guiness Storehouse, Temple Bar bars, the GPO, and St. Steven's Green. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly and we really appreciated an amazingly fast elevator. Having Darky Kelly's right next door was wonderful. Would love to visit again.

I booked a single room for myself, it was so much bigger than I expected! The room even had a fridge which was great for me! The staff were attentive and always greeted you with a smile. I'll be staying here again on my next visit to Dublin.

Staff were nice
The room was awful, the heat was unbearable despite no radiator being on. I couldn't sleep all night as it was so ridiculously hot. The shower was not a shower, it was like a trickle coming out of a tap instead, there was basically no water coming out of the shower. There was a lot of noise as the windows are old and do not function properly and there were pipes coming down at the other side of the walls (internally) so I heard every flush of any toilet nearby. Do not stay here, it's dreadful, you won't get any sleep.
