Comfortable rooms, very spacious
The staff were generally very nice and friendly with the exception of one who was rude when we asked for a drink from the bar arriving back at 2250 on our second night - she told us that we couldn’t have what we wanted, despite being able to have it the night before. She spoiled what had been a good evening

Location was excellent!
We booked a room for 3 people and were provided with 3 very flat pillows. When we asked for additional pillows we were told that the hotel has no additional pillows. How is this possible? Pillows get soiled. Sometimes people spill food or drink on pillows. Had the pillows provided had much substance to them at all, it may not have been an issue. Such an easy problem to solve, but the front desk had no interest in doing so.

It was in a good location.
No parking nearby so had to park in nearby parking station for which hotel gave us a percentage discount of ALMOST 50% off but still cost us 80 Euros for 3 days. Plus you can't even pull up to load cases in car outside hotel.
Room was tired and very hot.

The rooms are clean, spacious and with a nice decor, staff was nice and helpful.
It will be nice to have AC rather than a small fan and radiators as we had to open the windows and as a city centre hotel can't be avoided the street noise, the main problem was at 6am with the glass bottle collection which I know is not the hotels fault.

The location was great. The room was great, in aesthetics and comfort. I was very happy we were put in a room With no carpet. It was great we could show our luggage before and after our stay.
The only thing that I would consider remotely as a didn’t like is that we could not check in early, but I mean that’s expected.
