The location is good. Close to Christ Church and Temple Bar. Breakfast was okay. Staff friendly.
My room only had one window in the ceiling, so there was no view.

Deluxe rooms are on the ground floor right beside reception/staff area and its very noisey all night/early morning
Sound proofing is non existant
Desk wasn't big enought to have a laptop at it
Desk chair was very uncofortable

Efficient check-in, newly renovated room, comfortable beds, spotless room.
We visited the city on a high priced weekend, so I can't really praise the property on value for money.

Comfortable rooms, very spacious
The staff were generally very nice and friendly with the exception of one who was rude when we asked for a drink from the bar arriving back at 2250 on our second night - she told us that we couldn’t have what we wanted, despite being able to have it the night before. She spoiled what had been a good evening

Location was excellent!
We booked a room for 3 people and were provided with 3 very flat pillows. When we asked for additional pillows we were told that the hotel has no additional pillows. How is this possible? Pillows get soiled. Sometimes people spill food or drink on pillows. Had the pillows provided had much substance to them at all, it may not have been an issue. Such an easy problem to solve, but the front desk had no interest in doing so.

It was in a good location.
No parking nearby so had to park in nearby parking station for which hotel gave us a percentage discount of ALMOST 50% off but still cost us 80 Euros for 3 days. Plus you can't even pull up to load cases in car outside hotel.
Room was tired and very hot.
