Where do I begin? A truly exceptional hotel. I stayed here during a concert weekend and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a good time.
From late night, post-concert menus, to friendly staff, this hotel has it all. Any and all of my requests were met with a smile and actioned promptly. This is a very well run hotel. Also, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are spacious and well stocked.

The Grand Canal was the perfect location for our stay to visit with some friends who live a short distance away. Excellent spacious rooms, spa/ health facilities and there are lots of small shops / restaurants in walking distance.
The section we stayed in was undergoing a remodel. The noise wasn't disturbing or loud but our room was quite a distance from the hotel lobby.

Well located and overall a nice hotel
Ordered an early check in but the room wasn't ready until 4pm . I was promised a phonecall when jt was ready but they didn't bother. This continued Into breakfast service where our tea/coffee order never appeared. We ate at the buffet and left. The food was decent though.

The hotel was very nice. The bar area was beautiful. The staff was great. Our room was very nice with a balcony. It is an expensive hotel.
We thought it would be closer to the city center. Quite a walk. We only ate the breakfast that was included and it was not to our liking but that could be us.
