The hotel is a solid 3 to 4 star. T he location; srmtaff, and amenities made me feel comfortable. comfortable
The promised vegan options for breakfast were less than I expected. They offered no green vegetables for example. They had some sweetened canned white beans, accompanied by grilled tomato and button mushrooms. I would suggest an elaborate combination of perhaps broccoli, damage, freshly pressure cooked garbanzos or kidney beans, and some divided red peppers on a bed of kale and arugula.

Location is good, it is not in the centre of the city but easy enough to get to. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Staff were both helpful and friendly. Good options for breakfast. Pub attached/next door served really good food!
Gym facilities require updating.

We booked the hotel for it's proximity to the Bord Gais theatre and would certainly use it again. We were able to walk into the centre of Dublin - roughly a 20 minute walk! The food at the Waterbank restaurant was delicious.
Wouldn't change anything - everything was great.

The staff was superb. Our door unlock system didn’t work as needed a new battery. Fixed in minutes. We wanted a top sheet and brought right away. We were allowed to store a carry on while off on a 1 week tour. Bedroom generous sized, quiet with lots of hot water. The restaurant staff excellent also.
We prefer a location near St Stephens square for walkability to certain sites.

Great location. 15 minute walk to the Hop On Hop Off bus at Merrion Square.
Unusually warm and no air conditioning made the room a little too warm. Not typical Irish weather in so would not usually be an issue.

Reception staff very friendly, location was perfect as we were going to the aviva.

The room was a good size nice balcony and seating area. Great block out curtains and comfortable.
Found some rubbish under the chair on arrival other than that it was clean and tidy.
