Very quiet room
The shower! The shower was elevated about 4 inches above the floor and only had a half door. Water went everywhere in the bathroom. The coffee maker did not work. No electric outlet in the bathroom. No mirrors close enough to a mirror to dry your hair.

The location truly couldn't be better. Excellent location!
It was a lot smaller than I imagined. If I was a solo traveler or just staying a night or two it would have been fine. But me, my husband, and son were there a week and it was very cramped quarters with no place to put our stuff. I think the good reviews are warranted, but for my particular needs it wasn't right.

Perfect location! Both of our rooms were clean and nice. Bathroom worked for us. Would recommend for a short stay of 1-2 nights - there is no place to store clothes, and the rooms are truly small, no bigger than a normal hotel room (even if called a loft studio). Pleasant surprise: no noise from the busy street to the 4th floor.
You end up living from the suitcase since there are no shelves or closets for your stuff. Doesn’t work for a longer stay in my view. Suggestion: add some shelves. We had 6 hangers for 2 people to which you had to also hang your coats wet from the rain – so practically no place to store your clothes. In the other room there was no hairdryer. Reported this after the first night but unfortunately, we got one only during the last day. The tiny kitchenette doesn’t have any light, except for the exhauster when you pull it out – horrible noise even if you just need to wash dishes. Soundproof from the street but not at all to the corridor. You can hear everything said in the corridor – and practically in front of your door everything you say inside can be heard. It is up to luck, if you have a quiet stay or not.

It was difficult taking a shower because of the tilt of the floor. The drainage slant was not sufficient to keep lots of water from going all over.

The location was perfect for a Dublin sightseeing stay and the staff were very helpful. We qualified for a free stout at a well known pub and enjoyed some great "pub grub" there.
There was some miscommunication about transport from the airport to the property. It was resolved with a phone call.

Great location and facilities. These are well designed apartments and surprisingly quite considering the the very busy streets below.
It was a bit involved to get the key code since we booked on the same day and arrived after 6 PM. We had not got instructions in email and had to spend some time outside the building door calling customer service. The process required us to download an app and also have a confirmed credit card transaction before getting the app to function.

The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and the woman at the front desk was nice. The sound-proofing was amazing considering we had live music playing outside both the bedroom and the bathroom windows.
We specifically selected this because it has an elevator. We were spending the night after touring Ireland for 2 weeks before our flight left the next morning. We had 4 heavy pieces of luggage that we had to lug up 75 stairs!! I heard 3 other guests complaining about the elevator too. Apparently it has been broken down for weeks. I definitely would NOT have selected this place had I known about the elevator.
