The room was very dirty und untidy. Long queue at the bar (lack of staff). Everyting except the bed is extra payed (for example towel etc.)

Mixing male and female together in one room ,that is very bad.
The two staff I met on my first day was horrible,they were at the reception, they were so rude and sarcastic with the way to approach customer service.can imagine the security told me he will throw me out of the building when I was try to tell them I am the only female in mixed of 2 men,that I need a space where I can be with my female cantaerpart.First impression matters alot,the orientation they gave that day was ,maybe ireland are not kind,whis is very bad.after that set closed by 11 pm the set that that take over was very good.

Wonderful
Great location in a cool area not far from all the main sights. Hostel is nicely designed. Staff were very nice on our late arrival. We had a private dorm for the 3 of us (me plus two teens) plus dog. Wasn't noisy but a Monday night so maybe different other times! Towels available, toiletries provided, bedding clean and comfy. Good set up for teens with plugs and bed lights etc.
Bathroom not spotless but...it's a hostel. Corridor noise but nothing too bad or unexpected.

the price is way too high for the bad facilities, and the location wasnt even central.

The location was excellent. It's a few minutes walk to everything. The staff was nice and very accommodating.
Not a good place for a family. Guest here are very loud, a lot of constant slamming doors and yelling all through the night. People has no regards for others trying to get some rest. If you want a peaceful sleep at night,this is not the place for you. No towels in the room,you have to rent it. The bathroom is borderline nasty.
