Our room was upgraded and it was really appreciated as we were staying 3 nights. It was a lovely bigger room. and very quiet at night. Loved the downstairs bar, and the helpful staff. Have already recommended it to travelling friends.

Great location and classy ground floor with open fires
Single room sold as a cosy double. Window faced wall and debris... should not be allowed to market as a room. Room was 223.

Excellent breakfast and friendly, attentive staff. Special thanks to Daniil at reception, who always goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel’s cozy facilities make it feel like a home away from home.

The location was perfect. Fabulous lounge with real fire so nice and cosy. Rooms and bathroom was lovely, clean and modern. Lovely breakfast in the morning.
Nothing although could do with better signage for the bedrooms as a bit confusing locating our bedroom

The staff were lovely, they couldn't do enough for us. Very helpful.
The food was amazing. Good selection and can't recommend it enough.
The room was clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the temperature controls. No matter how we fixed it, the room was freezing at times.
With the price we paid, I thought the room was small but overall we would definitely book again.

Quite central. Staff were lovely and very helpful.
Gorgeous inside the bar lounge area. Breakfast was good. Room was adequate for our needs and bathroom was huge with great showers.
The only thing I’d say if anything is that there wasn’t enough staff on for breakfast. They were just 2 working their socks off with a manager helping. You could have fit more tables in the room as there were quite a few people waiting in another room but then you’d need even more staff. You had to ask for breakfast tea which didn’t help as the staff then had to go off and get a pot of tea for you. Food was good tho. Especially the mushrooms

The lobby is beautiful and a very relaxing space to sit and relax. There was a fire going both times I stayed here. The bar and the bartender is lovely. The location is pretty good too. The shower was wonderful!
The room felt smaller than what was described. Not as comfortable as I hoped and the rooms don’t seem to fit with the ambiance given off by the lobby.
