Very clean property and the staff at both hotel and bar were very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

This property was in a brilliant location. Beautiful sitting area with lovely & comfortable furniture & fires
Being on the first floor there were a number of stairs once I get out of the lift which was difficult with a heavy suitcase.

Room was clean, comfortable and although small was sufficient for our needs. Guinness was the best when compared with local bars and even the Guinness brewery.

Love this hotel rooms excellent and fabulous breakfast. Location is brilliant and close to everything
Couple of items in room in need of repair - shower gel and toilet brush holders needed fixing to wall

Lobby was amazing. Breakfast was very good. Alot of stairs on each floor, so even if you take an elevator, be prepared to lift your luggage up small flights of stairs. Great location.

The breakfast was OK
Would be improved by getting rid of the coffee machines and serving fresh pots of coffee.
The cooked breakfast was cold the first morning. Recommend coming down early if you want it hot

Very clean and well kept - open fire in lobby, felt very homely. We were upgraded at check-in which we really appreciated! Lovely feel around the hotel.
No curtains in the bedroom - only light fixtures that didn’t really keep the light out.

The location was perfect and the building was secure at night
You pay a price for the location. There’s a pretty rowdy crowd in that neighborhood so we were awakened often by outside noise

Tasteful decor in a very central location. I was a bit concerned that the noise levels would keep us awake, but once the window was closed, this wasn't the case. Breakfast was good, with nice coffee.
There was a lingering odour, presumably from the drains. It was subtle and was contained once the bathroom door was closed.
The location is very central, but there is an element of anti- social behaviour known in the area. That said, it's not the hotels fault, and there was a noticeable garda (police) presence in the area, which was somewhat reassuring.
