The staff was friendly n efficient. Helped out when taxi was a no show
I am using a cane and to get to room I had to walk up n down multiple sets of stairs. The temperature rise at least 5 degrees after the last set of fire doors. We had no hand soap or bath gel and left the tops off containers so they would fill. Instead they just put the tops back on and had to call to get soap.

I like the location, the elegance of the room, the cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff.
It’s a bit pricey. The elevator only takes you for 2 floors, we stayed on the 4th floor so we had to take our luggage up the stairs 2 floors and every day we have to walk up and around to get to our room. Also they have no body lotion. Really weird for a cold country as guests skin will get dry the moment we landed

The lobby is gorgeous and in the heart of the fun district.
Requested an early check-in, which was addressed but not made available. No air conditioning and room was extremely hot and stuffy, no fan was provided. We had to sleep with the windows open and street noise was extremely loud.

Location was exceptional. Lobby is beautiful and inviting.
The rooms were very hot. We had to keep the windows open, which then caused A LOT of outside noise to disturb our sleep. Equipping or offering fans for the rooms would have helped.

Hotel arranged for taxi to airport. Taxi was a no-show. Staff worked very hard to get a replacement so we could make our departure flights on time.

A historic house ,former café where Oscar Wilde used to enjoy a scone and next door a fine Heartbreast whiskey. Be aware that the glass windows will thrill you. And do not forget that such a house might make its own noise at night. Included the good ghosts and stairs you might wonder where they lead to. Fine breakfast, lovely marzipan croissants and personell that will just be top.
Not everybody knows that a king size bed in Ireland means 150 cm which is slightly smaller than on the older continent. So book a twin to go easy.

Super nice lobby and attached bar / restaurant. Staff was very friendly! The hotel is much bigger than you would initially think upon arrival.
It was a bit noisy in the room where I stayed due to it being in the back of the house in between lanes. Overall great location though and the lobby is so beautiful it makes up for it :) you’re right by temple bar with all the pubs and walking distance to anywhere you’d want to see.
Room was a bit dated, the bathroom was very modern and nice in comparison.

Location was amazing. Staff was welcoming and helpful.
The rooms were so incredibly tight. Not just European tight, so small the bed is against the wall and there is no place to put your luggage. No AC so it's hot and tight. Being there with another person is just too much.
