Wonderful
Gave it 10 stars but watch out for the unusual stairs on the floors. In all fairness we were offered assistance with our luggage on arrival but didn't think we'd need it. We certainly got it on check out! And may I say they they were quick to respond and very courteous. Everything else was perfect and in an excellent location.

The property has a great location. Staff unbelievable friendly. We had some problems in Dublin and the staff did their utmost to help us. Lovely room, on the quiet side of the hotel. Comfy bed. Good breakfast.

The breakfast was very good. It was well located and the staff were nice.
It was generally fine. My window was in an alcove next to an industrial exhaust that was very noisy. The shower doors left quite only a tight gap that you had to squeeze through.

Lovely hotel in Temple bar .Close to shops and restaurants.would definitely stay again if I got a room for a good price .Was relatively quiet even though its on a busy street.Must have had a room at the back .

Lovely breakfast too.
Bit of crowded place. I got room located to the street. So i could here noice from Temple Bar which Is very close. But nothing Wrong otherwise.

Room was extremely smallhad to catch a taxi early am so arranged a take away breakfast the night before..they wouldnt take food requests I ended up with a green banana, a granola bar I couldnt eat (allergic to ingredients) a bland ham & cheese sandwich.. they forgot to provide me with the juice and coffee they promised Each time I approached the front desk, staff took an unusually long time to acknowledge my presence I felt invisible at times

We had a room facing an alley way & seen multiple people fight & even defecate all hours of the night & even day, room was not sound proof so heard people talking & yelling, it would wake us up
