Location is superb, rooms very modern and clean. Hotel bar / lobby is excellent
Unfortunately there was sewer issues and there was a quite bad smell in our room.

Good
Beautiful and charming lobby, good location within walking distance of a lot of things we wanted to do. The bathroom was very cute with nice finishes.
The room was really tiny, didn’t have AC and we were in a room that faced another part of the hotel so even with the window open it was a little tough to get air flow. We made it work with the fan provided. Would definitely say this is a great spot for solo traveler or VERY close friends/couple

Pleasant
Location. Team member who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
Our room had a bathroom for a disabled person, complete with rails and emergency alarms. This meant no shower screens, cords hanging all over the place and flashing alarm buttons, a toilet seat you couldn’t lift, etc. We didn’t ask to move because it was only 3 nights but we weren’t advised or offered an alternative or a discount. The room was next to the lift so really noisy and there must be zero soundproofing, so when the neighbours had an argument at 2am it sounded like it was in our bedroom. It’s just so expensive for what you get - the location is the main saving grace.

Fair
I liked the location, the bed was comfortable and the staff at the reception was ready to help.
After the first room cleaning, I noticed that a tweezer was missing from my case. I checked the floor in case it had fallen, and in doing so, I discovered several areas that appeared not to have been cleaned for quite some time. Unfortunately, I did not find the tweezer, which leads me to believe that it may have been taken by someone who had access to the room. This experience was very disappointing.

Staff at the hotel are great.Matie on reception is a gem. Very nice reception area with a bar where you can just sit in comfortable chairs and read a book and relax with an Irish coffee. Did not try the restaurant, which is just off the reception area, but it looked and smelled good. The restaurant also has it's own entrance from the street. Great location on Fleet Street in Temple Bar area, but not noisy. I would go back in a heartbeat.
No complaints.

Location is good, staff are always lovely and breakfast is very enjoyable. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Have stayed here a few times and although located in the busy Temple Bar area noise at night has never been a problem .
Small room is quite small, good for a night but not for more than that

Beautiful building, great location lovely staff
Only one very small lift which took ages to come.
They advertise their beds a European king size which should be 5.3ft by 6.6ft, but they are only standard doubles
