The room had no heating, but staff brought us heaters then moved us to another room and gave us a voucher for lunch, cocktails, the manager couldn’t have done anything more for is, excellent service.

Very central, beautiful interior, reception staff very friendly and helpful. Good value for money
The breakfast staff were rude. Asked to leave breakfast area at exactly 10:30, despite still eating. Asked for a pot of tea and a female staff member rolled her eyes at me and walked away.
