Beautiful building and decoration of the main rooms. Nice decoration of the basic double room.
Room was cold. Understand that it is an old building. Small radiator under window, not a lot of heat from it and when curtains drawn no heat at all

I booked a room with 3 twin beds for 3 adults. The room we were given was so small there was no room to open 1 suitcase let alone 3. We changed rooms and were fine. Room 404 should under no circumstances be marketed for 3 people. You should also be aware that the hotel has many sets of steps. Even when you use the elevator you carry your luggage up and down steps.

Breakfast was great, otherwise everywhere was just too hot and uncomfortable. The lobby is pretty though

Location was lovely, very short walk to temple bar for bars & restaurants, also to the shops/ shopping centre. Very central to all this. Staff are very friendly. Lovely breakfasts and the hotel have a beautifully decorated interiors.
Came here with my daughter to celebrate her 40th birthday. I’m sure we must have been upgraded because the rooms is much nicer then the picture l was shown. We was very pleased with that. My main concern is my daughter had a good time and was happy staying where we were… she was indeed.
