Great location, requested early check in and hotel was happy to provide. Staff are great and breakfast brilliant, well worth adding to your booking! A great gem in the heart of Dublin that we will certainly be returning to in the future!

The location on Fleet Street was a pro. Pro: on the edge of Temple Bar so it's not too crowded.
Pro: The lobby area is beautiful and tastefully decorated. Very pleasant. Hotel is easy to navigate and yes, there are elevators.
The very loud drug addicts congregating right below my window every day. I watched them smoke crack, shoot heroin, and dump mounds of trash. Reception said they can't do anything about it.

The staff was welcoming, good environment, checkout time is favorable. It was generally good.
Possibly for better storage of cold drinks, refrigerators would be ideal in rooms. Unless other rooms have, but mine didn't have one.

Fantastic location. Minutes walk to Trinity College, inside and on main Temple Bar, but still quiet.
4th floor was not accessed by elevator but staff carried my bags up the last flight.

Beautiful lobby, central location
Our "deluxe" room was tiny and cramped and had a view of a brick wall. It did not have the basic amenities you would expect in a four star hotel, such as aircon (only a very noisy fan) or a mini-fridge. Also the "wardrobe" consisted of three shelves and a few hangers - not nearly enough for 3 people.
