I made a last minute reservation and manager was just terrific!!! It was spotless, tastefully decorated, everything you would need, grateful for clean laundry room and I was perfectly happy there and wouldn't hesitate to reserve again if I'm ever in Dublin again. (Helpful is it is near enough to Dublin Connolly train station, which was bonus for me)

It needs modernizing and updating. Disappointing!
Beside the updating, it was difficult getting into the property. We came by taxi which was not in the area I hoped. Finally after many attempts we were able to use code to get in

Location is great, very clean and the bed super comfortable. We stayed in a one bedroom with pull out couch. The pull out was uncomfortable better to just sleep on the couch as it is. Sheets and towels very crisp and clean. Great kitchen.

We felt uneasy with our kids in this area of Dublin. Some of the appliances were worn and there was a strong grease smell in the kitchen. It was hot and we didn’t feel safe leaving windows open at night.

It was only a 15 min walk into the centre of Dublin. It was right next to a Spar which was convenient.
Good sized space, well stocked kitchen, clean and nice apartment.
The area of Dublin was a little run down. Very quickly realized why the curtains were permanently closed as views from all windows, especially the kitchen/lounge were unpleasant.

Laundry was great as we had just finished a 13 day coach tour.
Kitchen was good.
Bed was very comfortable.
Location was ok if you used the bus. 4 stops to Trinity College and Temple Bar
Not many restaurants or bars nearby.
Toilet seat was almost falling off and was not repaired during our 3 day stay.

Close location to financial district which worked well for me due to work.
Was able to book last minute at a reasonable price.
Apartment spacious and clean for the most part - there were some hairs around the toilet seat.
The biggest downfall for me was the level of communication I receieved. I booked the property 6 days prior to my stay, I received around 10 messages all of which were absolutely not necessary and extremely annoying. I was told i would have to pay a 200 euro damage deposit 1 day before my stay which was fine, however, 2 days before i received 3 messages asking me to pay the deposit when i had already set a calendar reminder to pay it 1 day before, as stated in all prior communications.
I did not use the sofa bed as it was just myself staying but when sitting on the sofa it was extremely uncomfortable, definitely not appropriate for someone to sleep on.

Wonderful
The apartment is very spacious and gave our family of 4 plenty of room to spread out. The location is excellent, and it was easy to walk around the city and do the things we wanted to do. The apartment was clean and updated.
It would have been nice if the living room space had an additional sofa or other comfortable seating to accommodate all 4 of us. We did bring the 2 bedroom chairs into the living room so that worked for us. There was also a lot of traffic noise.
