Very Good
Friendly staff, relaxed and comfortable environment, lovely clean modern bedroom and ensuite, great location for bus routes to airport or city centre, local restaurants and pubs, and local park.
A bit noisy at the front of the hotel at night, but expected in a city. Limited parking but I had no problem getting a space.

Very Good
I was impressed with the staff and facilities.
Our room wasn’t available to check into until 16:45, and as one of the party has multiple disabilities I didn’t think this was acceptable. The reason given was that they were busy due to Mother’s Day. The hotel didn’t mark St Patrick’s Day which was a shame.

Wonderful
The hotel is cozy, has comfortable beds, and is in a good location in the city.
Everything was great, except there was no coffee machine, as was written, and it was a shame that there was only 1 tea bag in the room for 4 people for two days.
