Poor
Location was very good for sightseeing.
Everything walking distance
No air conditioning so the room was hot , we opened windows but very noisy from outside. It was difficult sleep.
Everything was old , furniture, carpets and TV.
We asked to up grade room , but up graded room had old system TV, so we couldn’t watch what we wanted watching. Also one point, we didn’t have hot water to have shower. We complained but the response was so slow and they just said sorry,

Staff was helpful. Housekeeping kept it very clean The location was excellent, near everything and buses very accessible. You can see a lot in a short time.
Bed was very very comfy
Very noisy at night. With no ac, windows must be open and outside is loud till 4:30 am. Had to fill out form with info again on arrival (was tired). Is a very lively city with friendly people and the hotel is perfect for all nighters. Will just stay a few blocks further next time.

Exceptional
We booked last minute because of layover in Dublin flight on our way to New York. Love the location so close to the temple bar area and also the bus stop is right across. We took double decker to couple of places. It was easy to roam the city for less than 20 hrs layover.Room was small but only used for sleeping. Bed was fine. Bathroom n beds were clean. Fan was a big plus. Loved that they had coffee making kettle with milk provided and real cup and saucers in the room!!! Front desk personnel very helpful!

Pleasant
Great staff, nice bedding. Discounted parking but parking.
No air conditioning- opened window - couldn’t sleep bc either noisy bar patrons and street cleans at 3am. Way too hot with window closed but dampened some of the street noise. Discounted parking located 3 blocks from hotel- tough to carry luggage thru the city - would be nice for hotel to provide instructions to drop bags and then park.

Exceptional
Excellent location in Temple Bar. Beautifully decorated hotel with lots of character. Loads of bars, restaurants & attractions nearby all within walking distance. Plenty of public transport options. Great bar & restaurant in the hotel too with welcoming and friendly staff. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were a good size and bathroom immaculate. Our rooms were overlooking the main road so it was quite noisy with the window open as it's summer, but there were ear plugs provided! No noise with the window shut though. Will definitely stay again.

Location. Bed was comfortable
Basic accommodation, toilet handle falling out of cistern, tap was loose. Not worth the money we had to pay for the weekend. Very noisy pub attached to hotel

Brilliant location, great bar and restaurant attached. Lovely welcoming staff
Single glazed windows, definitely needed the supplied earplugs. Furniture very dated.

Good
Central location and easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was clean and beds were comfortable enough. It was very hot in the room so we were glad to have a window that opened for air flow. Front staff were friendly.
We knew we booked a small room, but it was so small there was no where to put our suitcases and they had to lay on the floor in front of the room door and bathroom door, which made it very awkward to get around in the space.
The elevator could use some signage as to which button takes you to which area of the pub and hotel lobby.

Great location, lift to room, bed was comfortable and able to make room dark which helped little one sleep.
Steps in room, noise from others in the corridor

The live music in the lounge was a particularly pleasant feature. We had not expected quite as high a performance...
the elevator seemed slow, but at least it seemed very safe

Good
Great location walking distance to pretty much anywhere, helpful and friendly staff
It’s downtown Dublin in general but it felt like it was overpriced for what it offered. €250 a night for one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. You’re paying for the location.

Good
Small hotel room with aged facilities.
However, the location is great and the bar downstairs has great food.
The hotel is located very close to temple bar so the nights are rather noisy.

Location and staff
Room was not very clean. Holes in walls, wallpaper falling off, chips in bath enamel.

Very Good
Excellent location and pleasant facility.
There is no air conditioning (very common across Ireland), but a fan is provided. The window opens only very slightly, so not much circulation. Do not expect to be cool. But we knew all this in advance.
