The room was very clean, but found some silver fish in the bathroom… alive.

Wonderful
The front desk ladies on Sunday were amazing! I felt so welcomed and they gave me fabulous suggestions of things to do, restaurants to eat in and general information!
The location is perfect for shopping, dining and sightseeing.
The Wifi was not very good - I had an hour meeting during which I lost WiFi twice & was kicked out of the meeting.
There was no fridge in the room. For a 3 day stay, I would have appreciated a fridge, so I wouldn't have to eat all my meals out . . . that get's a little exhausting.

The staff was very helpful with holding our luggage, parking (since we rented a car), and detailing where were the best places to eat and drink

Wonderful
The room was very spacious with a classic modern look. It was very comfy and provided an iron and board. There was great sound insulation so you benefited from the central location without the downsides. The shower and en suite were also very good. The breakfast menu looked great but I didn't have time to partake.

The location is fantastic, step right outside to great restaurants and pubs and within short walking distance from everything you want to see and do.
The staff was amazing, so helpful and friendly, they gave us great restaurant and site seeing recommendations.
The room was much more basic and tired than we expected from the pictures.

Nice hotel in central Dublin, and surprisingly pretty quiet even on busy weekend nights. Staff very friendly, and rooms very clean and comfortable.
A bit expensive but everything in Dublin is these days

Wonderful
The room was generally clean and both the staff and the desk and cleaning staff were kind and friendly. Everyone was helpful and welcoming. The location is ideal, close to lots, but off the main street enough to be comfortable.
There was a pair of underwear left from previous guests left under one of our beds.

This place was amazing for the price! The hotel is in an excellent location right in the middle of temple bar area and I couldn’t believe how quiet the room was considering - I mean seriously, it was silent. I expected my room to be a shoebox but it actually was much larger than expected. The staff were very attentive and helpful when I asked for some advice and their assistance booking taxis. Will recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay here again.

Loved everything! The staff were so kind. The room was actually a bit bigger than expected. Incredibly central area. Def plan to stay again!
A central area means theres some noise from the street, so prepare accordingly. But that's what you get for the location so really not a complaint just something to give a heads up about.

Breakfast was excellent. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend your hotel to my friends and family traveling to your great country.
The noise of the surrounding pubs at night were loud, but that’s not the hotels fault. There was nothing we didn’t like about your establishment.
