The hotel is a perfect location, the double glazing on the windows meant the room was silent even with the busy street below, the rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was great- absolutely no complaints!

We travel all the time and use this hotel because of location and the consistently high service levels. We like everything about the place - they recognise you when you arrive and always go out of their way to ensure it goes as smoothly as possible.

The only hotel with apartments in the old centre
Better to have 2 single beds in one of the bedrooms, but they helped us with a sofabed

Location, location, location. We couldn’t have picked a more central location. This hotel is located in the heart of the city and a perfect location. The staff were really kind and gave us excellent recommendations. The rooms were bigger than we expected and very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from St. Stephen's Green and Grafton St. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable and clean. There is someone at the front desk 24 hours a day.
Breakfast could've been better. The buffet offerings were good, but things like the ham and cheese were obviously from a packet. The staff were wonderful, though, and the cooked breakfast was good.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They kept our bags until check-in time. The room exceeded expectations - it was so clean and comfortable. The location was safe and ideal for walking around Dublin.
I loved everything about this hotel.
