We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment. Received a very friendly welcome, including recommendations of where to go for food and drinks and sightseeing. The apartment was very comfortable - 3 good double rooms. The kitchen was small but perfectly adequate and stocked with teas and coffees. Perfectly clean, with a good shower and plenty fresh towels. The location is perfect, easily walkable to Temple Bar, Guinness Storehouse and the Bord Gais Theatre where we saw a show. Great choice of bars and restaurants close by. Highly recommend.
There was only one bathroom for 3 double bedrooms (5 of us travelling). However, we knew that before we travelled and we managed fine.
Hardly the hotel's fault but the alley below us was very noisy at various times. The double glazing was very effective but it was hot while we were in Dublin and it would have been nice to keep the windows open. Take earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

This is a little gem of a hotel in the centre of Dublin City Centre. Location perfect, room fabulous and spotlessly clean. The front of house staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a quick chat when checking in, telling them we were in Dublin for a show, when we came back to our room there were two little boxes of chocolates for us, with a note hoping we enjoyed our show, what a beautiful touch and much appreciated, Thank you.

The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and attentive. We liked the location but it was a bit noisy late at night.

The location was excellent. The staff was outstanding and could not do enough for us. The Breakfast is exceptionally great. This was a fantastic place to stay in the heart of Dublin.
The taxi service they use is sub standard. There is an extra charge for pre-booking, the driver does not know where the Drury Hotel is located and this particular taxi services charges extra for baggage, unlike other taxis. Also, the current taxi service does not take the shortest route and adds extra miles to fares (Just track the route with your own device and see what they are doing wrong).
