Location was great, breakfast excellent, staff was great. Got moved from main hotel to apartment but communicated well ahead of time.
Area is busy and loud; when windows are closed it’s quiet but then you have no air flow which made it stuffy and hard to sleep. Apartment didn’t have blanket or pillows for spare bed. Cramped and in need of some repairs. Tiny shower height. Bathroom door didn’t shut. Common areas have strong smells from neighboring restaurants.

Clean and comfortable. Nothing special, but simple and right in town.
Was a few more blocks away from the Temple bar district than we would have preferred coming home late at night, but not a fault of the hotel. Everything else was satisfactory.

Hard to sleep as it was loud outside, but too hot to close windows. One room was missing blinds on one of the windows so not much sleep do to sun coming up. Very expensive for one night.

Large clean well-appointed room, comfortable beds, double-window system shuts out noise completely. Excellent location smack in the center. Staff went above and beyond on check-in and departure. Don't bother looking at any other hotels in Dublin, this is the one!

The hotel is in a great central location. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Room had all amenities you'd expect. Bathroom had been modernised and bath had been taken out for a walk in shower. Breakfast was great. The staff gave some sweets as little treats at the end which is very unusual but a lovely touch. Overall, a thoroughly positive experience and I'd recommend.
Very small thing and a common issue in most hotel bathrooms, there is no storage or shelves for putting washbags etc. Such a simple thing to fix and yet so common.

Location, room size, brekky staff delightful, the most helpful woman Saorise at front desk. And all staff friendly at front desk. Cleaners lovely. Highly recommend this awesome hotel.

Very Good
The hotel is walking distance to the majority of parks and museums. We stayed in one of the "apartments" and having a tiny kitchen allowed us to eat in many meals and save some money. There is a grocery store just around the corner.
With the windows open the conversations on the street were noticeable. One night a domestic argument was so loud it woke us up. The apartment has a kitchen but the one we stayed at didn't have a dining table so we ate our meals holding plates on our laps.
