My second stay at this property and again I was impressed with the experience. Had a large sized room, plenty of space to spread out, with an oversized bathroom. Location is right in the midst of popular restaurants, pubs and shopping venues including a short walk to Grafton Street and St. Stephen'\s Green. Walking distance to sightseeing sites as well including Trinity College, the Dublin Castle, and the two cathedrals. Transit buses a block away. Good breakfast was included in our rate. Although we taxied over from the airport, I did notice a public pay car park around the corner from the hotel for any guests that drive there.
Really could use a bathmat in the shower as with the tiles it gets slippery. Otherwise, it was a near-perfect experience!

Loved the neighborhood, so close to all the sights, Grafton st. St. Stephen’s park, all the great pubs, but not in Temple Bar , super cool vibe , great bar , super staff

Location and quiet rooms.
My last afternoon the hotel internet suddenly failed. Twice the desk confirmed it. In the meantime Ryan airlines sent me check-in forms with time-based fees and penalties. Knowing no alternatives I used the insecure WiFi of a restaurant across the street. The following morning the hotel offered help. Good they devised a plan to address the problem.

Location is great, close to parking options and plenty of dining/drinking spots. Room was relatively spacious. Bathroom was fresh compared to the bedroom which is a little outdated / worn.
Cost. Bed / pillows weren't very comfortable.

Very close to pubs, restaurants and places of interest. Very little road traffic. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful. Could not have asked for more.
