Staff were very friendly and helped act as my guides. I especially liked being given a map. Free breakfast was delicious. Great location for discovering the sights and experiences of Dublin
I have no complaints. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone I know who maybe travelling to Dublin. Only thing I couldn't work out was the vending machine which was by no means the hotels problem

I stayed here over the busy Xmas period and was VERY impressed. It was great value for money for the location and time of year. The rooms were very clean, bar and restraunt lovely and the food was great. The staff were very friendly and also went above and beyond for me to retrieve and post back to me free of charge an item I had left behind. This wad indicative of the good nature and customer service I was treated to throughout my stay.

Location close to Grafton street area. Staff are always so friendly and welcoming.
Some street noise in the morning (bins/barrell kegs) which is understandable given the central location.

Location is unbeatable. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The windows open so fresh air! Good TV and lighting in the rooms. Great shower. The most exceptional thing about the hotel, however, is the staff. They went above and beyond for us and were so genuine and happy. An absolute pleasure to deal with.
The lift is dubious as it’s so old and slow and the inside hallways are badly in need of a revamp as they bring the hotel down. The hotel does not have its own bar or kitchen, but has an actual public bar attached. This is good if you want to go into a bar, but when you need something to eat or drink in your room late at night (if sick for eg), there is no room service. Given the location though, you could go out and find a shop or takeaway and bring it back.

This place was amazing for the price! The hotel is in an excellent location right in the middle of temple bar area and I couldn’t believe how quiet the room was considering - I mean seriously, it was silent. I expected my room to be a shoebox but it actually was much larger than expected. The staff were very attentive and helpful when I asked for some advice and their assistance booking taxis. Will recommend to friends and family and would absolutely stay here again.
