Very Good
Accommodation was comfortable and clean and location was good for our requirements.
We had to climb up a number of stairs to get to our apartment which made it rather difficult for one of our group as they walk with a walking aid so lesson learn, we checked for future bookings. Parking was provided which was great but it is on the corner of a busy intersection so reversing out was tricky especially during peak times.

Fair
Heating was busted. They gave us portable heaters but still not warm enough. Heating kept cutting out and night was cold. To make matters worse shower ran out of hot water mid shower and had to take the rest of the shower with ice cold water.

Easily accessible with excellent parking
I just felt dated an old like you were putting a lipstick on a pig. The kitchen was nice. The bathroom was decent, although very small and narrow.

The apartment was absolutely charming. Grocery store was a block away, and Trinity College was an easy 30 minute walk straight down the road. Access to the back garden was a bonus for unit 1. Washing machine very handy.
Watch out for the single step down as you enter! Nearly fell twice! ?

Good
Quiet apartment even though it was on the main road. Made the best of the space and was perfect for a couple of nights. Provided some breakfast and milk in the fridge which we weren't expecting. Generally decorated well and in good upkeep. This was generally a really great apartment and much better than I expected from an inner city holiday place.
Although the majority of the flat was super clean it could be improved with just a bit more attention to a few places (eg windows and carpets, hallway, tiles on the bathroom walls)

The room is small but enough for a couple staying a few nights. It had everything you might need for a short stay including dishes and other kitchen itens.
The negative was the heating, while there was a gas heater in the room it didn't work and there was no other heater provided. The electric shower was also something not great bue usable.

Excellent location, lovely apartment and I really want to commend the tea and coffee facilities and the outside area with this apartment. The only issue and it was a big one was the noise of the neighbours in the apartment upstairs, they were extremely loud and made sleeping difficult, this was reported to management.

We stayed there with family to go watch the Saint Patrick's parade in town. The location was great and the price was good. The house was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend as a good place to stay.

Comfortable and clean. Happy there was on-site parking out front. Easy to check in, and good communication on what to expect. There was ample shampoo, soap and amenities, including a collection of granola / cereal and milk to make the morning easier for us during our travels.

Pleasant
It’s big and spacious and has a fridge and little kitchenette. Located in a nice, poshy area.
Problems with hot water, had 2 episodes of having to have a cold shower.
Found old pills and razor in bedroom from previous guests, indicating a thorough clean was not done.
Bedroom I had was right by the entrance, so everyone coming in and out could be heard. Not great if you are a light sleeper like me.
