The staff were super helpful and very lovely! They gave us recommendations and booked a taxi for us to the airport. Our taxi was at 4am and someone was there waiting for the taxi with us which was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay!
The street was noisy but we stayed over the weekend so was expected. We stayed in summer and there was no fan or air conditioning. Opening the window helped but it meant more noise from outside. The location was okay but where we wanted to go was more in the South Side so it meant more walking and catching buses but it was easy enough to figure out.

Jerry and Olga made us feel so welcome. It was a lovely room and ensuite, beautifully decorated and so clean. Lovely bed. Great location. Jerry suggested we go for a drive to Howth. He gave us advice about parking. Really enjoyed our stay. Recommend to all

The rooms are clean, updated, and adorable. The staff is beyond wonderful! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about this excellent hotel! You will not be disappointed when staying here!

Friendly staff, well-appointed rooms, and was able to check in early. Easy to walk to centre. A good base for exploring Dublin.
I loved everything about my stay except for the fact that the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. I was woken up each night during my stay because of it. I never really got a good night's rest. Bring ear plugs.

Staff were friendly and genuine, service was relaxed and felt personalised.
Rooms are quite small for the price but there were sporting events on at the time which likely affected the price.

My room was very comfortable and provided most of the facilities
There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It was also possible to hear what was going on in the adjacent rooms so the walls were rather thin. I got woken up twice by a couple returning to their room after midnight and making a lot of noise !

The property had everything we needed for our stay, great location and comfortable and clean rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, in particular the female member of staff that worked behind reception, she helped us with recommendations of where to go, how to get to places and made us feel welcome everyday which made our stay feel personal.
The rooms were quite hot and there was no aircon but it didn’t help that the weather during our stay was really warm so I don’t think it could’ve been helped much anyway. Not sure if there was an option to ask for a fan though maybe there was the option but we didn’t ask.
