Absolutely amazing, staff and hotel room, was absolutely amazing!!!
Olga is wonderful and very knowledgeable, can’t even say less about Jerry he is just an amazing soul.
Continental breakfast served by Olga is amazing. She is very good at what she do. Thank you Olga and Jerry.
Housekeeping did our room and even folded the clothes we had.

We loved this hotel! The location was great - a little away from the more touristy area but with plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants. It was such a treat that they offer to bring coffee to your room in the morning at no cost! I also loved that there was a little nook with a mirror, stool, and small counter. So nice to be able to do makeup while someone else is using the bathroom.
We were there when it was unusually warm, but we did need to keep the windows open at night to be cool enough. There was some noise but didn't go late.

Considering the price point I was looking for this was a very good value. Staff was very helpful and personable. Note for plus-size guests - shower is small and you may have trouble moving around in bathroom. Fine for me but it’s not a large space

It was perfect for what we wanted, a nice comfy place to stay that is well connected to go anywhere in the city with mostly everything walking distance, but buses and trams close by if we need it. This place is run by hospitality professionals who have been in the industry a long time. Nothing fancy, but nothing missing.
I liked everything. Some people may want more modern feel but honestly there's no need, the comfiest of beds, pillows, duvet (and throw). Lovely shower/bathroom. Vanity table, hair dryer, tv, spacious room, window you can open.

The rooms are clean, updated, and adorable. The staff is beyond wonderful! They went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. I can't say enough nice things about this excellent hotel! You will not be disappointed when staying here!

The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is an excellent cafe/restaurant across the street. Buses to the city centre are frequent nearby. The room was adequate and very clean. 24/7 admittance to the hotel with a concierge on duty. Advise if problems with mobility as there is no lift to the second level. No AC but heater installed. Excellent for a 2-star hotel.

On arrival a warm and friendly welcome, with complimentary coffee or tea throughout the stay. The hotel was immaculate with great size of room and comfy spotless beds. Bathroom was a generous size with a good powerful shower, everything we needed for our stay. Great location with café, bars etc within a short walk. Will definitely be back.
The weather but it didn't spoil our brilliant weekend.

The location was perfect. Close enough but not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and noise. The hotel was very clean and fresh and my room was spotless. The owner and his daughter Olga were really lovely and friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back and would recommend go anyone.
