Excellent location, and Hotel was visually very impressive, especillially with christmas decorations - the best I have ever seen.
Check in staff member was not friendly and laboured the check in process - passive-aggressive stuff Breakfast was scheduled for 7am, but did not start until 7:10. No coffee until 7:30, requested at 7. Was travelling for work so this put me behind schedule. When queried this issue with staff - very passive-aggressive behaviour, with a person in a suit (not Irish with glasses ) challenging me and my wife in a quite corridoor after breakfast with "are ye OK is there a problem". Appears to be a hotel budgeting on staff.

Absolutely gorgeous. Lush beautiful decor without being tacky. Felt authentic and luxurious, but usable and comfortable at the same time.
I would have liked a microwave for guest use. Leftovers and outside food was wasted.
