Absolutely gorgeous. Lush beautiful decor without being tacky. Felt authentic and luxurious, but usable and comfortable at the same time.
I would have liked a microwave for guest use. Leftovers and outside food was wasted.

Amazing castle. Beautifully decorated. Spacious. Very friendly staff.
The heat was so high, we often left public spaces like the restaurant/bar/breakfast because it was unbearable. We did mention it several times to staff but it remained too hot.

Staff was great. Karen in the resturant was fantastic. Give that girl a raise. Hotel was very pretty. Would definitely stay again. But not when there's alot if weddings and party's going on and stay on a floor not over the bar.
Bar was loud on several nights. Our room was over it and tha base was way too high.

The property is warm & welcoming. We arrived late in the evening but enjoyed the rest so. Food was wonderful & service excellent. Our only regret was that we hadn’t arrived sooner.

I liked the castle architecture with modern convenience. Location, quiet area.
Our room was not cleaned tge entire time we were there, the first day we over slept, but the next two days it wasn't cleaned.

The Castle, rooms accommodations, breakfast and restaurants are lovely and well worth the price.

Wonderful
The staff superseded the facilities which are stunning in their own right. Staying in a converted castle is epic, the rooms were clean and modern. We were fortunate to stay during their annual Xmas lighting ceremony with Santa's arrival for a local children's group which was especially sweet and indicative of the locations management and staffs' contribution to their community.
Dublin traffic, mitigated by the location as its a short hop to Dublin attractions and the airport.

Cleanliness, size of room, bed set up.
Knights bar staff was disorganized. Not one person but whoever walked by we would ask to order a drink, we had to ask to order a starter, we had to ask to order an entree. Very disjointed in service. All were pleasant but no one took the full responsibility of waiting on the table.

Everything!! Great value, room was beautiful, staff was very friendly, buffet breakfast was delicious.
Nothing. It was a minor challenge to find the car park entrance as I'm not familiar with the neighborhood.

The smoking area. Non-smokers are still exposed to the smoke coming from the smokers. Smoking section is too close to the front door.
