The proximity to the airport was good, shuttle was excellent.
The rooms were spacious and beds comfy.
Excellent to have a fan available as the room was warm, although the windows were open (also a great feature).
The restaurant provided a welcomed quality meal.
The online checking in and out process was not as simplified as it could have been.
The music in the restaurant was so loud and not ambient at all (pop music in an Italian restaurant was an odd choice).
The elevator buttons caused confusion every time as they pointed up when the elevator was going down and vice versa.

Fridge not working.
Bathroom so small that it was necessary to enter sideways to be able to clear door.
Constitutes a hazard if anyone were to fall in the bathroom .... it would be impossible to open the door!!!
How can this meet regulations?

Loved the shuttle from the airport. Cleanliness of suite was lacking (stains in carpet etc) but overall, it suited our needs! Front desk staff was amazing. Great coffee shop at entrance with super nice ladies behind the counter.

Very efficient airport shuttle to and from the hotel
Quite a long walk to the shuttle stop at the airport.
And the hotel was far enough from the airport that the shuttle got held up in rush hour traffic in the morning

It was clean.
The elevators were crazy! The dinner deal was $33 euros per person and there were only five choices to choose from which they don’t tell you until after you paid and in the restaurant. Check in is all tech as well as check out. No personal service at all! It was very expensive for very little return!
