Restaurant was really good.
2 interactions we had were unacceptable. One was with the carpark attendant when I was pulling into the car park I asked him if parking was free to which he responded €15 a night. He was very rude and dismissive when I tried to ask follow up questions about how that would work if I had to exit the carpark and come back in etc...( FYI carpark is free if you leave within 90 mins which he failed to mention, so ended up checking in the rental car early so we would not have to pay the €15 day fee)..The 2nd bad interaction was with the shuttle bus Driver. When we tried to board the bus at the airport he was too busy talking with another driver and "shooed" us away with a dismissive hand gesture like we were dogs and said the bus was full. Very unprofessional. These staff spoiled our experience here. A shame because everything else about the hotel was great.

Room was clean and comfortable. Facilities are tidy, well kept, and accommodating. Restaurants are very good and breakfast was outstanding and notable for its wide variety of choices and quality of offerings. Staff was helpful and prompt in addressing every need. Shuttle service to airport is reliable, runs around the clock, and the drivers are cheerful and positive. We consider this an ideal choice for travelers to and from long international flights as a stopover to decompress from times changes, "get your bearings," and resume their travels in a relaxed manner.

We are seniors and she helped us on and off with our luggage and helped other passengers.as well

Check-in was easy and staff were really pleasant.
The rooms are small and not well thought out, the chair in our “executive” room didn’t fit under desk so you couldn’t get past it until you moved it completely away from desk, the one size fits all duvet is just painful. The internal stairways were filthy and breakfast was an absolute joke, people were forced to share tables, there were simply not enough staff to clean and re-set the tables and the food that was served looked like it had been prepared by pre-schoolers, the range was poor, not restocked and badly labelled.

Had a shuttle to the airport, was able to return rental and the rental shop had a shuttle back to airport which allowed us to shuttle to the hotel! It was lovely! We had a corner room which was massive, easy check out, the restaurant inside was delicious, convenient gas station located next door less than a 5 minute walk!
