Check in was pretty quick, the airport shuttle was handy, and the restaurants in the hotel are very convenient.
My spouse and I were put in an accessible room with one full size and one twin bed, none of which we requested. The comforter is so huge that it was like having an extra person in the bed. The pillows were huge and hard. The accessible toilet was crammed in beside the sink, to the point that it was hard to get to. The shower head and taps are on the side of the shower, which means you can't stand under the showerhead.
Also, we were lucky that the cab driver from the airport double checked that we were going to this hotel, not the Clayton Hotel that you can see from the airport. This one is farther away.

This was my second stay at this hotel. It’s conveniently located by the airport and it was an easy ride to the airport via the hotel shuttle.

The hotel is clean and spacious, the Italian restaurant was lovely, great food.
Sense of pride in their work from all staff from reception, through to the restaurant in the evening, breakfast and the barman. Breakfast had fantastic choice and all looked fresh, we were able to serve ourselves with coffees teas etc. Tables were cleared and looked inviting the staff happy to help.
In addition there are shuttle buses to get you to the airport, everything worked like clockwork.
There are machines to make keys for the rooms so easy when the hotel is busy reducing queues to book in. The keys are required to use the lifts so good security. Great hotel for the airport, it wouldn’t really work for the centre of Dublin as too far out.

We didn't have warm water in the bathroom as a family of 3!!! No refund so far, no excuse from management.

i was only there for about six hours, in between flights, so I didn't really experience anything except exhaustion and really bad bed pillows (foam) that kept me from sleeping.

It's a modern hotel with excellent facilities and a convenient free shuttle bus to the airport, but what makes this hotel great is the staff. From a super friendly and helpful car park attendant to the reception and restaurant staff, all were friendly and efficient. Definitely my choice for an airport hotel.

I learned how to check myself in and get my own room keys thanks to the online tool and the lobby kiosk. The line to check in was very long and I just didn’t want to wait. We had dinner at the restaurant and the food (Pizza especially) was excellent.
How the morning shuttle to the airport worked. There is no specific times so it made preparing a little stressful to check in for an early flight.
