Good location, room was nice and clean
Got woken up at 7am by construction work happing in the room beside us, constant hammering. No prior notice by the staff that this would be happening. I experienced the same issue with being woken up early by maintenance or construction work happening the last time I stayed here too with no explanation from staff.
I had a three person room, we only received towels for two people. I rang reception who said they would have extra towels sent up, they never arrived either

Beautiful hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. The location was great very close to the venue, and the train station was within walking distance. Beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice and really enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant
One small point, there was a bit of a smell coming from the bathroom. So we kept the bathroom door closed. No other negative comments

Original room assigned had a bad smell but I was immediately moved to another room when I reported it.

Absolutely faultless stay! The breakfast was superb, the selection and quality were on par with high end Hilton’s. As a family we very much enjoyed the pool facilities, there was a really nice atmosphere and a mix of everyone. The staff were always warm, polite and helpful, from housekeeping to the pool staff and I couldn’t fault the fabulous hospitality extended by both reception and waiting staff - thank you so much to all, it was one of the best stays we’ve had in a long time!
