Very Good
Hotel was clean and the staff we interacted with were friendly. Good breakfast with a lot of choice. Location is perfect for a theatre visit or Dublin city centre.
Absolutely hate check-in screens instead of an actual person. It means there is a lacklustre welcome and it must be absolutely abhorrent for tourists arriving and being faced with a screen instead of a friendly welcome and an informative receptionist. People in my opion are staying for either an experience or by neccessity. Its expensive for an experience that adds nothing to the stay, and it adds to the stress of the neccessity. Its nice when an actual person welcomes you and even says things like "your room number is ***, the lifts are straight through there and you need to touch your room key to select your floor, breakfast is through there from this time, have a nice stay". What we get is a screen stating "would you like to receive a text with your room number".

Disappointing
Great pool facilities, great breakfast self service set up. Credit where credit due.
We got a guest of day with lovely surprise of some free snacks and beverages in room on arrival sounds great, but No found out all to well why. Had drilling and banging at 19.00 in Eve whilst trying to put young son to sleep. And got a beautiful 7am wake up call of drilling and banging on walls due to construction in building which might I add is outside noise pollution hours and was charged for the privilege of it. Don't get away to hotels all to often so when u paying big money to stay you expect better of a hotel that suppose to pride itself on been the best.

Good
Location was within walking distance to the city centre. The spa facilities were clean and not overcrowded.
The construction noise that woke us up which was coming from building across the street. We probably would not have booked this hotel if we were aware of the nearby ongoing construction.

Pleasant
Th rooms were clean and beds comfortable.
We did not have hot water the entire 3 night stay. So my kids weren’t able to take a bath or shower.
It’s about a 20 minute walk into the city center (temple bar area).

Pleasant
Good breakfast and staff at breakfast pleasant.
Rooms comfortable
Felt very impersonal at check in. Told to wait for room to be ready, once it was we were handed keys and given no info on where to go, hotel facilities, breakfast time etc. The lack of warmth from staff extended into dinner. Food was very basic yet costly. Half of pool unusable due to swimming lessons and jacuzzi broken. Construction work we weren't warned about
