Location
I was expecting to pay $270 ish per night. We chose the hotel based on lower costs than some of the others. Somehow, the cost escalated to $470 per night for a hotel under construction with no parking and no air conditioning. There were no options as no other hotels were available. Furthermore, we were put on the 2nd floor in handicap rooms with no view. When I registered, I thought the hotel was a better deal than some others as it included breakfast. No. It didn't. The female clerk was nice and helpful but the male was rude and unbending. There were a lot of things they could have done to rectify the situation. He did nothing except breakfast one morning which was mediocre at best. We have wanted to experience Ireland for as long as I can remember. Most of the people we met were delightful but not the hotel staff. The hotel and staff certainly affected our overall experience of Ireland--not in a good way.

The location was great and the staff were really nice. The beds were really comfy too.
The showers couldn’t be turned off boiling hot. There was also no air conditioning in the room which made it a bit uncomfortable sleeping.

Nice room with two king size beds, ideal solution for a family with two kids. Parquet on the floor, very comfortable beds, silent room.
The location is not that close to the city center but located in a nice commercial area quite calm overnight.
20 mins walk to Temple Bar
the room wasn't available at our arrival (after 3.00 pm) but in few minutes the receptionists kindly solved this inconvenience

TV didnt work, even after maintenance came to try and fix. No plug in bath, window was out of order, so couldnt use it...no AC, just a fan...? Breakfast was cheap, worst sausages i have ever had, everything dry...just interested in taking your money, no quality at the hotel at all. Dublin is an expensive City, but £300 per night, comparatively probably the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. You could stay in a 4 star hotel in London, but actually get 4 star, not 2 star. The hotel knows it will be full with tourists, so they dont really care.

Every employee we met was very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the restaurant had delicious food.
The rooms were on the small side but for our short stay they sufficed.

Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Attention to detail was great during meal and breakfast
Room temperature is fairly hot..due to the structural location of some room rooms there is no fresh air in room. The hotel did provide a portable fan in room but in all honesty the room needs air con badly
