Wonderful
The location was just perfect as we were attending an event nearby and didn't realise how close we were to the event. It was nice in the room and had everything that we needed to make us comfortable as it got a bit warm but there was a fan in the room so all was good. We didn't opt for the breakfast but we did have some lunch and it was very nice.
I don't think there was much that we didn't like only that we would love to have stayed longer.

Poor
Nothing special. Room was big and ok-ish.
Construction work outside, but also inside: drilling early (8 a.m. onwards I'd say) in room next door. Then, after changing rooms and a "promise" it would be quiet: hammering very early as well, then the usual drilling. Nice way to wake up and rest... They did offer breakfast but since I am not hungry in the morning I'd rather sleep and rest. The pool etc. are ok but I'd have appreciated a warning, and either spent more for a really nice place, or less for a hostel. Nothing charming about the place anyway, just a "cold" big hotel with construction work in and out.

Good
Breakfast was very nice. Good selection.
Dinner not so good. Poor service and a huge screen that made you feel like you might have an epileptic fit at any moment. Lifts were very confusing. Reception staff did bare minimum. Drilling in adjacent room at 8.30 was a bit much. Tapping noise on one night kept me awake till 2 am.

Easy self check in service. Lovely options on the menu and lovely staff that couldn't do enough for you. It's a great location and near to train station and all within walking distance to most attractions in city. It's our second time staying here and we will be back again.

Very Good
A nice hotel near Docklands in Dublin. Very nice location. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Standard size of the rooms. Nice staff.
Hotel is visible old, especially its furniture, however it was under reconstruction, so maybe it will be more fresh in the future.
