Very Poor
Room had not been cleaned properly. Shower was dirty with hairs and body wash stains from previous person staying. Make up and lipstick stains on one pillow, the other pillow under neath the pillow cover where yellowish stains on the pillow looked manky. Under neath the duvet there where loose hairs.
Went to reception to get put to a different room and was not able to re accommodate us and unfortunately had to get a full refund and find a new hotel at 11:30 pm which left us having to pay alot more for a last minute stay.
Overall was very disappointed with the service and would not be returning here again.

Good
The hotel itself is fine, always clean and comfortable and we usually stay, and eat, here whenever we come to Dublin but the food has really taken a nose dive. My sister got the chicken burger and it was like something you'd buy in Lidl. A frozen chicken burger for €20? Crazy. The beef burger was also just ok, but for the price, you'd find better for cheaper a short walk down the road. We didn't bother staying for breakfast and definitely won't be eating here again.

The pool
Double deluxe room no air conditioning quilt cover was stained really standard and charged 20neuro sn hr for late check-out when it said 20 euro in full for late check-out which I clicked and didn't register apparently plus no parking not be back.

Good
Hotel is in a good location and pretty walkable. It has a pool and a nice enough breakfast set up
We didn’t realize it was under construction so that wasn’t the easiest way of navigating loading and unloading our luggage. Also there’s no air conditioning and it was a heat wave in Dublin. We had to keep our windows open, but they we had yelling from outside in the middle of the night. Room was clean but pretty basic. There IS an ice machine in the hallway but bathroom was just ok

It was a good hotel
My converter for European system didn't work at the hotel. They tried to charge for a converter for 6 Euros which I didn't like.

The location, fairly easy to go to the places of interest in Dublin, next to the river with a popular local pub (The Ferryman) just around the corner.
The rooms are a bit dated.
