The location, close to where I needed to be
Hygiene - toe nails in my bathroom, hair on the floor, food by the bed and a sheet that didn’t fit on the bed. No aircon in any of the rooms - a basic in every modern hotel. Nearly 2 weeks later and I’m waiting for a call/email from the sales team to discuss a refund.

Breakfast was delicious and location excellent for Bord Gais Theatre.
We were starving after the show and had to walk quiet a distance to buy takeaway food

Brilliant pool, sauna etc. facilities & lovely staff at Club Vitae. Very comfortable beds.
Windows wouldn't close properly (one catch didn't work to seal the window), so a lot of noise from the street, & no air conditioning so would need to keep windows open as gets very warm/stuffy. Considering the cost I was surprised by this. Reception area staff not the friendliest- prefer personal check in rather than touch screen machines.

The rooms were adjoining per request and the neighborhood was quiet. The staff was friendly and accomodations worked for our family. The building was very secure. There were a lot of ammeneties but since we went out all day we did not have the chance to take advantage of them.
the bathroom in 606 needs work. It looks a bit dated and although it functioned ok, I could use some TLC (tiles, toilet flushing)

Staff were lovely.
When we got to the room I opened the sliding door to leave in some air as room was stuffy, there was several cigarette ends in the runners of the door when opened.. the shower was stuffy and filled up with steam when we showered a windows or some form of ac would be beneficial. Didn't sleep at all that night due to the heat in the room, extremely stuffy and uncomfortable. Have stayed in a lot of Clayton hotels but this was definitely my most uncomfortable stay so far. The food was mediocre for the prices but the staff were extremely polite and helpful.

Staff at reception were lovely and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Gym was very well equipped
The food in the bar was disgraceful. I ordered the beef burger. It was over cooked, plain, no dressing, one small tomato slice, one slice of gerkin, a slice of lettuce. Bun was soggy. I asked for the season vegetables instead of the wedges. I got three tiny pieces of broccoli and carrots out of a jar!! No seasoning. My son got a pizza and it tasted like a frozen pizza. I was so disappointed.
