The staff was amazing, they did everything to improve our stay!
The first night we had a room right on the corner of the street which was very noisy. But already the next day they accommodated us to a quiet room with an upgrade!

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was good as well.
Just I think they need to work on the quality of foods. We ordered a Pizza and it looks like we bought it from Aldi and put it inside of oven.

Room was comfortable and clean. Exceptional staff - friendly, responsive and accommodating. The Aircoach Bus stopped across the street from the hotel so very convenient and saved us a taxi fare when traveling from Dublin Airport to hotel.

Room and facilities very clean. I had a pizza in the bar which was nice.
Didn't like getting down to pay for breakfast at 10.08 and was told breakfast was finished. I know 10 is the hotel policy, but there were people still eating and plenty of food. Not good enough. I spent enough money already in the hotel, and the host was pretty unaccomodating . Only her manager walked up the steps and could hear what I was saying was the only reason we got breakfast. My overall experience was good, just the above spoiled it really.

Great location for Board Gais which was the purpose of our visit
Bar menu was limited for dinner so maybe have a look at more choice there. We had breakfast in the restaurant next morning which was lovely great choice.

Good location.
Poor communication. Messaged several times regarding a birthday and was ignored. Wanted to order the birthday cheesecake to be there on arrival sent 5 messages all ignored.
Was using Klarna to pay for the stay but on arrival had to pay the full amount so was out of pocket for the rest of the stay
Balcony windows covered in hand prints, musty smell in room.
Spa facilities outdated and not as glamorous as the photos. Not worth the cost at all
