Disappointing
The location was fantastic and the room was spotlessly clean
It was very overpriced for a room with no breakfast and the bar food was of very poor quality

Decent property but under construction.
This staff were not managed well. Everything seemed to be a struggle. Breakfast was charged incorrectly. Gym shut before posted closing time. It took forever to get room service. We asked for extra blanket and it took two hours. Hostess at breakfast coughed in her hands multiple times before seating us.

The staff were amazing. Especially Prab and Sanja in the restaurant. Two of the best waitstaff/managers I have ever dealt with. We will definitely return and thanks to Sandra who made us feel so at home and welcome. From check in to check out….it was 100% perfect.

The room was nice and beds were comfortable.
Location was great as we were going to Bord Gais Energy theatre and staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The bathroom was just alright. Shower was old and not good. Needs replaced.
The food.
Lunch and dinner menu’s were exactly the same and very limited.
Our lunch was nice but the evening dinner was not. I ordered chicken fillet burger. Tomato and pickle was missing. Chicken fillet was burnt to a crisp. It was so hard round the edges it was like a rock. Inedible Presentation was sloppy. I expected a higher standard. I am not a person to complain. I think it’s the worst dinner I have had in a hotel for years. I just let it go and didn’t say anything because we were just staying one night.
I wouldn’t be in a hurry back.
