Poor
Excited to take our 7 month old baby on his first trip and hotel stay we were beyond disappointed to arrive at the hotel at 4.30pm to be told our room was not ready. Now typically this would not be an issue but when you have a baby that needs changed, fed and bottles that require washing being told we could go to use facilities in one room to have to pack up and change rooms later when our family room was ready was less than ideal when we had a dinner reservation at 5.15pm to try attend. When I complained I was told but you were given an executive room. This executive room was walked into for literally 5 minutes to change the baby and walked back out of. It was as if I was done a favour. This upheaval meant we could not settle in to our hotel room and set up all the necessary items a baby needs for an overnight stay until very late in the evening. I understand staff did apologise but this ruined our trip. We then tried to go into the bar after dinner prior to going to our new room for a drink to be told there was no space and we could sit in reception - we were a family of 9 overall. I don’t think sitting in reception was our ideal place for a drink to unwind. Just a very underwhelming stay, I will not be in a rush back.

Pleasant
Location to 3Arena.
The bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly, black mould near bath is just not good enough. You wouldn’t have this at home and most definitely do not expect it in any hotel, shower not draining quickly enough meaning when having a long shower the water goes everywhere. No Air conditioning in room. Not worth the price.

Poor
I liked the breakfast that we had
I've so much to say but il keep it to a minimum I paid 70euro for parking we had dinner both nights first night the chicken was so rubbery 2nd night I got my main before my starter and my main was cold the staff were very poor were told that it's a buffet dinner but only to find it was a very minimum menu then our room the shower was dreadful our telly only worked when it decided to and I payed for an upgrade only to find off upgrade was a mini fridge...there's no way I could ever stay here again staff hadn't a clue even at breakfast very bad language I was so disappointed esp after paying 700 for 2 nights then there's extras and then to be told after we check out that it's only the blue zone they help you with...shocking
